"Actual scam artist. Avoid at all costs. Sandy did not communicate how the health insurance deduction works. So my bill suddenly doubled. She told me they notified me via text, I have no texts from them since November. She then says 'we emailed you', I have no email from her since she told me nothing else was needed, again, 8 months ago. She then says I got notified on the app. First time hearing there is an app. But no interest in giving a cohesive excuse.

I get the form that was never sent. Submit it. Am told a refund for the $140 extra charged is not possible. Next bill comes in at half. THEN NEXT BILL AFTER IS THE DOUBLE RATE AGAIN.

It is beyond obvious that this scam is just catching people not paying attention. I sent a livid email reply and then called to hear her in the background reading my email out to her office. Is that standard practice to read your clients emails out to your whole team? lol

Absolute joke of an agent. State Farm is otherwise fine, as far as I can tell. Just avoid Sandy."
