I am a senior on Medicare and she informed me that I was paying for PIP insurance that I didn't really need. This information saved me a lot of money on my existing policy! "The lady I spoke to was nice, but they are extremely expensive for no reason"

"Hi Michael! I don't see that we have quoted someone with your name in our system. State Farm is the number one auto insurance company in this country. I can assure you that we did not get there by being the most expensive. Rates are based off of your driving history, where you live, your insurance history, your claim history and your credit. Sometimes because of these things we are not the cheapest every time. We always keep our customers information if they want us to try and requote them again in the future. Hopefully in the future we will be cheaper for you. "

"Wasn't offered the 6 different options for PIP. I was told to bring a note from my health insurance carrier to get any reduction in premiums....It felt like I was being disqualified for coverage while I was there...."

I do have it on recording if you would like to stop by and see that PIP coverage were discussed. However certain types of health insurances do not qualify to opt out of PIP so when a customer discloses that they have a type of insurance that is not qualified to opt out we would not discuss opting out with them. I have called you and sent you a text to please call us so we can go over your options again with you. We look forward to having you as a customer. "

"Every time I call that Melissa lady is very rude. I don't know if she doesn't like her job or her life but that's no reason to take it out on customers. I've been with them for years and this is the main reason why I want to leave them."
